Ordering info:
If you find something you like first email or call me for availability.
This may sometimes take a day or two to locate an item. I have a ton of stuff
and it is not always well organized. (Sorry but I am working on it.) Once I determine that I have what you need in stock, I will determine shipping costs.
These costs often include a charge for packing material. Although I prefer
to pack in newspaper since it is environmentally friendly, I often find myself
packing using bubble wrap, packing peanuts (YUK) and/or some combination of the
three. Larger items will often include a charge for bubble wrap, this stuff
is not cheap but it does an excellent job in protecting the items in shipping.
Lost Art Vintage Instruments is as GREEN and enviormentally friendly as possible. Your item will often be shipped in a recycled box with recycled packing materials. This helps save costs and the planet.
Returns:
You have 24 hour approval from the time of delivery on most items. In the case
that you are not satisfied you are responsible to pay the shipping costs both
ways and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be
authorized by me first and returned in the exact condition as sent. Refunds
are subject to my approval upon the return of the item(s). In the case of a damaged item you must contact me immediately. All packing materials must be retained and you must cooperate with the carrier for their inspection procedures.

You may charge your order, send a postal money order, or check. Payment by Money
Order or Check will be delayed until notice is received that they have cleared
from the bank. Wire transfer is also available and the transaction method of choice for international transactions. All wire transfers must pay a $20 wire transfer fee. International credit cards are charged 5 percent service chatge.

you will ship your item to me, once approved I will ship my item to you. If I
